Soup's Terms of Service

- I accept payment via Ko-Fi or PayPal. Full payment is required before I begin working on your commission.

- All prices for commissions, adopts and bases are in (CAD) Canadian Dollars.

- You, the commissioner, may cancel your commission at any time for any reason, and I do not require an explanation. I will retain a minimum of 25% of the total commission price. the remaining 75% will be refunded to the commissioner via original payment method.

- If, for any reason I, souptheworm, have to cancel the commission for any reason you will receive a full refund regardless of progress made.

- Any artwork or progress created for a refunded commission may not be used, reposted, or claimed by the commissioner under any circumstances.

- Custom Art Commissions are original pieces of art made by me, souptheworm. This includes unique character pieces, "Your Character Here" (YCH) pieces, base-fills, etc.

- Commissions are for personal and social media use ONLY. Any other usage must be explicitly discussed and agreed upon in advance.

- I require a clear digital reference of your character to begin work. I do not work from written descriptions. I may also request proof of ownership if necessary.

- I often share work-in-progress (WIP) and completed pieces on my social media. If you would prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know at any time.

- I retain all rights to my artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios and online galleries. My work may not be used for commercial purposes unless a separate licensing agreement is made. Commissioners may not sell, redistribute, or profit from my artwork in any form.

- I maintain the right to decline any commission for any reason at any point in the commission process. Please refer to the refund policy above for more information.

- I do not work on a fixed schedule. I balance commissions with a full-time job, and art is a secondary priority. I will complete your commission as timely as possible. If you require a specific deadline, it must be discussed before payment, and rush orders may incur additional fees.

- reposting, sharing my artwork is OK and encouraged, but requires credit to @souptheworm

- Aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Let’s keep our interactions respectful and kind.

Step 1: Reach out to me via Discord, ToyHouse, Instagram or Cara to get started. Let me know any key details regarding the character/commission for me to achieve your vision. This is the best time to send any reference images at this time.

Step 2: I will direct you to my Ko-Fi to select/pay for your chosen commission type. KoFi accepts PayPal and debit/credit card payments.

Step 3: Now the waiting begins! I’ll send you updates as I work through the each stage; Rough sketch, Clean sketch, Flat colors, and Shading! At each stage, you're welcome to request changes. However, major or frequent revisions may incur additional charges, and I reserve the right to deny certain alterations if they are excessive or not feasible.

At each stage, please let me know if you need or want changes. major/constant changes may be subject to additional charges. I may deny alteration requests.

Step 4: Once you've approved the final piece, I’ll send you a PNG file via email. If you prefer a different file type or delivery method, just let me know—I'm happy to accommodate digital alternatives. Physical shipping is not available at this time. Watermarks and Signatures must NOT be removed under any circumstances.

- All adopts and customs are original designs created by me, souptheworm. Unless otherwise credited.

- Adopts are available on my ToyHouse, Instagram and Cara.

- Customs are currently available via Direct Message, there is no public posting for them on Ko-Fi or any other shop. You can reach out on any of my social media platforms to inquire about customs, as prices and styles vary. Quotes are free with no-obligation!!

- Original designs I create may be redesigned, with original credit to souptheworm.

- Original designs may be traded or resold, but not for anymore than you purchased it for unless more art has been added.

- Payment Plans are not available for Customs, Adopts or Original Designs.

BTA: Buy To Adopt

- BTA is 'First Come, First Serve' Whoever claims and pays first, gets it.

- No holds, payment must be made 24 hours after initial claim, or the adopt goes to the next person.

- Price is not negotiable.

OTA: Offer To Adopt

- OTA is a chance for you to offer what you have for my design. I mostly accept cash, art and adopt trade offers.

- Prices are negotiable, any listed prices are for reference, feel free to bargain!

- PLEASE BE SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING. If you are offering art, clarify how many pieces and the render-level (sketched, shaded, etc.) aswell as examples of the art.

- I choose offers based on personal preference and value. If your offer is not accepted, please don’t take it personally or respond negatively.

Adopt Auction: Bid to Adopt

- A starting bid (SB) will be listed, and participants can place increasing offers.

- Each new bid must be at least the set minimum increase (MI) amount.

- An autobuy (AB) is a higher set price that instantly ends the auction if someone decides to buy the design outright.

- Winning bids must be payed within 24 hours of closing the auction, or the next best offer will be accepted.

- You must be 18 years of age or older to commission NSFW content from me. I reserve the right to request age verification (e.g. valid government-issued ID with sensitive info censored). Your identity and any provided ID will be kept confidential and used solely to verify age.

- If you are found to be underage, you will be permanently blacklisted and reported if necessary.

- Be honest about what you are looking for, please provide clear references and all the details you'd like for your commission.

- I am open to a wide range of kinks and fetishes. Please see this Kink Sheet (18+) for what kinks/fetishes I will and won't draw.

The selections are colour coded:

Blue = Will draw! I am ok with these NSFW topics.

Green = Will most likely draw scenes involving these kinks. Please be specific with your request, context matters for these!

Yellow = Will only draw very specific types of scenes involving these kinks/fetishes. Be aware I may decline if the subject matter is heavy.

Red = I will not draw any scenes involving these kinks and fetishes.

I will not draw illegal, abusive, or morally objectionable content, including but not limited to:

If you're unsure if your request is acceptable, please ask before submitting payment. No judgement!!

- I will not draw/condone hateful, racially inappropriate, sexist, or any other harmful content.

- Prices are subject to change, extra fees may be requested if you have a detailed, complicated, or large order I may request an increase in payment to compensate for time and resources.

- Using my art in any fashion for AI development is strictly prohibited. No exceptions.

- I will draw fanart from videogames, TV series, etc. You may not use these artworks for commercial use. I may use the artworks for merchandise and physical prints if deemed fit.

- I used to use the usernames 'Minuss' and 'StanerFurs' before I was souptheworm. If you find an old piece I made for you or an OC you now own with a Minuss or StanerFurs signature/label, DM me for 50% off discount on a remake/redesign!
